Our mission is to collectively work together to increase membership, serve the community, inspire higher education and let our Zeta Light shine while exemplifying Sisterly Love and Finer Womanhood.

Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated Omicron Rho Zeta Chapter is in full support of our Sorority and the National Pan-Hellenic Councils Anti-Hazing Position. NPHCs official Anti-Hazing Statement: The organizations of the National Pan-Hellenic Council, Inc. (NPHC) are committed to nurturing the ideals of sisterhood and fraternalism in an atmosphere of responsibility and respect. We are also committed to upholding the dignity and self-respect of all persons seeking membership therein.

Our Chapter

Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated Omicron Rho Zeta Chapter was chartered in 1993 for the purpose of promoting high ideals and scholastic achievement, encouraging literary, scientific and social advancement, cultural enrichment, and civic responsibility.

It is our charge as members of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated to promote charitable activities on college campuses, foster the spirit of sisterhood, advance the ideals of finer womanhood, and to help improve the quality of life in the Inglewood community.

Amicettes

Zeta Amicae is a group of women that promote service, display desirable qualities and promote high ideals in their communities, and lend assistance to their local Zeta chapter members and their programs.

Archonettes are high school-aged young ladies who demonstrate an interest in the goals and the ideals of scholarship, sisterly love, and community service.

Amicettes are girls 9 to 13 years of age who are willing to strive toward the high ideals of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority and who demonstrate potential for leadership in service to the community.

Hazing is often linked to sororities, fraternities, bands, social clubs, sports, military, and other organized associations. Hazing has been defined as an abusive, often humiliating, form of initiation into or affiliation with a group.

Hazing in any form or fashion is contrary to the philosophy and objectives of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, and as such, the Sorority emphatically prohibits and denounces hazing.
